PSP – panikspringprogram

Gamle gode James springer som en jävla häst. Han är och nosar på under 3 timmar på ett marathon. Han mailade precis följande program:

My suggestion run 3km – you did this already, good.

Tomorrow – 7 x 400 meters. Rest just 1 min in between each lap but run as fast as you can for 400 m.

Wednesday – 3 x 1km – run as fast as you can run for 1km then rest 1min 30 secs. Then run 5 x 100 meter sprints.

Thursday – no running

Friday – run 5km at a fast pace. You should not be able to have a conversation or think about much else apart from breathing, and running.

Saturday – hill training? With weight. Like we did last week, maybe some hill running. Let me know if the morning fits.

Sunday – Tabata running. Then 2km meduim pace.
